In-House Repair Booking & Diagnostic Fee
All in-house repair services require a one-time, non-refundable diagnostic and booking fee of $49.99. This fee covers the initial inspection, device evaluation, and technician diagnostics required to identify hardware or software issues.
The diagnostic fee is due at the time of check-in and secures the repair booking process. Additional repair costs, parts, or labor will be quoted separately after the evaluation is completed and approved by the customer.
