Repair Completion & Pickup Policy

Completion Notification
Customers will be notified promptly once their repair has been completed.

Pickup Window
Repaired items must be picked up within 5 days of completion notification.

Storage Fees
After the 5-day pickup window, a storage fee of $5.00 per week will apply.

Abandoned Property
Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold to recover service and storage costs.
