Service Description
🔧 Laptop Service & Maintenance Checklist 1. Initial Inspection Check for physical damage (hinges, keyboard, screen, ports). Test charging port and battery health. Power on and check boot speed, OS errors, unusual noises. 2. Cleaning & Cooling Open chassis (if serviceable). Remove dust from fans, vents, heatsinks (compressed air/brush). Reapply thermal paste if CPU/GPU temps are high. Clean keyboard, screen, and outer casing. 3. Hardware Diagnostics Run RAM/memory check (Windows Memory Diagnostic / MemTest). Check hard drive/SSD health (SMART status). Test keyboard, touchpad, USB, HDMI, audio ports. Check WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity. 4. Battery & Power Test battery cycle count and capacity. Verify charger voltage and wattage are correct. Check for loose power jack (common failure point). 5. Software Maintenance Remove unnecessary startup programs. Update OS, drivers, and BIOS/UEFI. Run malware/adware scan. Optimize storage (clear temp files, disk cleanup, defrag for HDD). 6. Optional Upgrades Recommend SSD upgrade if still using HDD. Add more RAM if performance is sluggish. Install latest supported OS (e.g., Windows 11). 7. Final Testing Stress test CPU/GPU temps after cleaning. Test WiFi, webcam, mic, speakers, and battery runtime. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least [Time Period] notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [Time Period] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [Percentage] of the reserved services or [Amount], whichever is more. If you are more than [Time Period] late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
